Grace is such a beautiful soul, being in her presence allows you to be fully seen & heard! Her presence allows you to surrender into the moment & trust that you are in a safe space to heal. Her intuition guides her to tending to you in ways you may or may not have been aware needed attention. She takes time to help get to the root cause of how your body is talking to you through pain or tension, which allows her to help you release that & come back to alignment . She also will give you tools to continue your journey in caring for your whole being, physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. As a proud man of science I was definitely skeptical walking in. But Grace makes you feel so comfortable and is so inviting that trying something very much out of my comfort zone was no hardship at all. The experience was great, mind opening in ways I hadn’t had before. A much more fluid thought pattern than the rigid confines I’m accustomed too. Overall a great experience, is it something I’d do on a regular basis probably not, but great to help reset your mind for new challenges and changes.
