As a proud man of science I was definitely skeptical walking in. But Grace makes you feel so comfortable and is so inviting that trying something very much out of my comfort zone was no hardship at all. The experience was great, mind opening in ways I hadn’t had before. A much more fluid thought pattern than the rigid confines I’m accustomed too. Overall a great experience, is it something I’d do on a regular basis probably not, but great to help reset your mind for new challenges and changes.
